THE ladies from Hart Biologicals will be putting their best foot forward when they take part in the upcoming Hartlepool Race for Life.
The 5km run, which takes place on July 5, will see Hart Biologicals’ team of 13 put their fitness to the test while raising money for a worthy cause.
The Race for Life is organised by Cancer Research UK, with all proceeds supporting the research and prevention of the disease.
Keighley Campbell, Head of Research and Development at Hart Biologicals, said: “This is a fantastic cause and one which we are proud to support at Hart Biologicals.
“We’ve all been training hard but even if we walk, run or dance our way round, the most important part to us is raising money.
“We contribute as a company to a range of charities but cancer and in particular breast cancer is one the Hart Bio ladies really wanted to raise money for.”
The team of 13 is made up of Keighley along with Gemma Campbell, Cassy Dear, Wendy Foster, Hollie Foster, Lorna Holton, Jenny Houghton, Lauren Measor, Pauline Pattison, Isobel Rowell, Hilary Rowell, Lexy Sarginson and Laura Sloan.
