THIS month Hart Biologicals held its first distributor meeting, inviting companies from across the globe to come and view its production, research and quality control testing facilities.
Across two days, Hart Biologicals welcomed companies from Scandinavia, Benelux, Austria, Germany, Slovenia, Poland and Sri Lanka to its Hartlepool-based headquarters for a series of presentations, demonstrations and sightseeing.
The meeting was organised by Sales Manager Paul Bates, who recently joined Hart Biologicals as a full-time member of staff after working with the company for over 15 years.
Paul said: “Meetings such as these are not held to a timeframe, we wait until we have new developments to share and then invite our partners over to see the products for themselves.
“This meeting was long overdue and Hart Biologicals is delighted to welcome our friends from around the world to view both our manufacturing and research facilities.”
Amongst the visitors was Dr Andreas Karst from Haemochrom Diagnostica, a partner company working in the fields of both haemostasis and endotoxin detection.
He said: “We’ve worked alongside Hart Biologicals for a number of years, thanks to our relationship with both Paul and Alby.
“We are currently looking at new interesting products for coagulation and have been very interested to see the new developments at Hart Biologicals.”
Look out for our next story featuring a full feedback update from the meeting.
